Use this page to request deletion of your myme account and associated personal data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to request account deletion
- Open the myme app and sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used to register. If you no longer have the app installed, skip to step 2.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, review the notice, and confirm deletion. This starts the deletion request immediately while you are signed in.
- Alternatively, email us at myme@mymecorp.xyz with the subject line Account deletion request. Include the email address linked to your myme account and, if possible, the sign-in provider (Google or Apple).
- We verify your identity and process the request. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete, usually within 30 days.
Active subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel Google Play or App Store subscriptions. Cancel any active subscription in your store account settings before or after requesting deletion.
What data is deleted or retained
When your account deletion is processed, we handle data as follows:
