1. Data we collect
- Account: email and login provider identifiers (e.g., Google/Apple)
- Service usage: uploaded photos, generation parameters, task IDs, output metadata
- Device & operations: device information, diagnostics/crash/performance data, advertising/analytics identifiers (as permitted by your choices)
- Notifications: FCM token (for push delivery)
2. Purposes
- Provide AI portrait generation and improve quality
- Customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance
- Marketing push is only sent if you opt in separately from system notifications.
3. Face data & uploaded photos
myme is an AI photo studio app that processes user-submitted photos to generate AI-driven ID photos, passport photos, and profile portraits.
- What we collect: The app does not collect or use TrueDepth camera data, facial geometry data, or facial biometric markers. It only uploads standard 2D image files (JPEG/PNG) that you actively select and submit from your device.
- How we use it: Uploaded photos are used solely to transform your image into an AI-generated professional profile or ID photo using our AI model.
- Third-party sharing: Uploaded photos and generated outputs are not shared with any third parties for processing, advertising, or analytics. AI photo generation is handled on our private cloud infrastructure.
- Storage location: Photo processing takes place on our private cloud servers. Data may be processed on servers located outside your country; we apply appropriate safeguards as required.
- Retention: Uploaded photos and processed images are permanently deleted from our servers when AI photo generation is complete and delivered to you, or within 24 hours at the latest. We do not retain biometric data or use your photos to train third-party models.
4. Retention & deletion
- Uploaded photos and AI outputs are deleted as described in Section 3, even if your account remains active.
- When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize remaining personal data where permitted.
- Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g., tax/commerce).

- Data shared: your account email address (used as the App User ID), purchase and subscription records, store transaction identifiers
- When shared: immediately after a successful Google/Apple sign-in, and on subsequent app launches while signed in
- Purpose: sync in-app products and subscription status, restore purchases, manage billing history, and prevent fraud
- Retention & deletion: governed by RevenueCat’s privacy policy and our agreement. We request deletion of your RevenueCat subscriber data when you delete your account.
- Ads: Google AdMob (consent flows such as UMP/ATT apply)
- Analytics/crash reporting: Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics (may be disabled depending on build settings)
6. International transfers
Data may be processed on servers located outside your country; we apply appropriate safeguards as required.

- Request access, correction, deletion, or restriction (contact support)
